Gerald Cage – was with James. He prefers to be called by his full name rather than "Hera," as he thinks "Hera" sounds too girly. He enjoys eating and relaxing, and often shirks work. He likes to brag about his last name, as his father was a famous pirate who died choking on rum. Hans is his best friend.
Blue eyes, wears dark clothes. Natural blonde. Scar on his neck from a saber.

Tom appeared after James's death. He's always meddling in things that aren't his business, but he's a real hard worker. He's young and active, and often loses himself in his own thoughts. He loves listening to Jimmy's stories and considers him a mentor.
Short black hair, wears loose clothes. Brown eyes. Lots of bracelets on her arms.

Toby – came after James's death. Middle-aged. Cartographer. Prefers to drink while running errands for the captain. Also a local snitch, for which he often gets into trouble with Hans and Gerald.
He wears glasses because he works with cards. He has red hair and freckles. He wears cotton shirts and trousers.

Jack arrived after James's death. He's almost impossible to find. He cooks. Little is known about him; he's more of a listener than a storyteller. He likely has his own complicated story... The captain treats him with a touch of leniency because of this history, which only he and the late James know.
