Aura farming tournament

in this tournament, aura farming techniques do physical damage.
participants are only allowed to attack under very specific circumstances and if the referee allows it.
one may also try to make his opponent lose aura to damage him.

Sun kissed technique: standing at a high point with the sun shining on them or straight up standing in front of it.
Moon kissed technique: moon equivalent of the Sun kissed technique
Pull up technique: arriving at the very last moment with a dramatic pose. often combined with other techniques. the Pull up technique can vary on how it's used depending on the user (Dr. strange coming through a portal, or Seto Kaiba jumping from his Blue Eyes White Dragon with a jetpack).
Cape floating technique: posing with a cape floating behind. even more effective if there is no wind.
The Beyblade technique: involves aura farming at a certain angle above the opponent to make them faint. One has to be there for a considerable amount of time before it takes effect and can't be used on everyone.
The Nonchalant technique: doing something extremely hard or surviving an extremely powerful attack and acting like it did no damage.
The Fit Changing technique: usually combined with a pull up technique. involves changing fits during the pull up technique to be ready.
The Sign and Run technique: involves dropping an item when passing someone and signing it when they try to give it back.
The You Alright technique: involves saving someone right right before they get injured and then asking them if they alright. participants may summon people close to them to pull off this technique.
the No Look technique: involves stopping an oncoming attack or executing a very difficult move without looking at it.
the Cross Armed technique: involves standing atop a moving object with your arm crossed, no matter how fast or how bizarre the object may be. one must stand unmoving and cannot change expressions during that time.
The Explosion technique: involves taking an explosion head-on and standing in the middle of it, unharmed.

Some technique can make the opponent lose aura.
the Ragebait technique: involves baiting the opponent into attacking them and somehow getting out of it.
the Clone technique: involves making a clone to fight in one's place and revealing it later when the opponent already used their technique. Commonly used by ninjas, can also be used by characters that can use cloning techniques.

there are other elements that can boost the aura of someone just by being seen with them like weapon or cloths.
having a tough fit and showing it off by just standing is already enough to boost one's aura.
the same goes for weapons. having an iconic weapon or using them in a certain manner can help in boosting one's aura. (exemple: Trunks throwing his sword in the air and leaning slightly to put it back in it's sheath)

Jeff is the field host, commenting the match with the other hosts from there and serving as a referee as well. He isn't really scared of aura farmers, but maybe that's why he is on the ground to comment on the match.

if they're not fighting Piccolo often sits in the stands and makes comments to teach Gohan about aura farming. Gohan learns from Piccolo, but sometimes wonders if aura farming is that serious.
And if Sung Jinwoo is also here, he and Piccolo have philosophical discussions about aura farming and debates about the techniques used in the fights.

Dapping up someone is a technique of it's own, it requires two people and isn't really used in the tournament, but mostly when meeting a homie or out of respect for someone. a good dap can be powerful enough to be felt from far away, and I performed well enough, ripples through reality can be felt.
to perform a good dap up, one must be in the dap up distance. it is a very specific distance where both arms are at the exact same distance. the more perfect the dap, the more powerful it becomes.
before reaching the dap up distance, one must act like the have not seen the other before being a few meters away from one another. waving at someone from afar and having to walk towards them makes one lose aura, so it is essential to never act like you've seen the other until you are close enough.
the power of the dap up is also amplified by the complicity between two people.
