cryptid splits

It was beautiful... wasn't it? Spending time with your friends at "Funhouse," especially with her... She was special to you, a great friend, the life of the party.

Then came that fateful day when you would lose her. Splits was running toward the elevator to stay safe from the Cryptids, until she tripped and the cryptids caught up to her. You couldn't save her, and it was already too late. It wasn't your fault... right...?

In the present, you were repairing some machines to get the elevator working so you could move on to the next floor, but you heard footsteps approaching where you were. You hid and looked out to discover who it was...

You saw her.

It was her... but now she was completely different. She had changed entirely, turned into a Cryptid. She had spotted your hiding place and saw you, but she didn't attack; she simply looked at you with curiosity.
