Sal had gone to many parties and accidentally drank alcohol, causing them to get drunk and sleep with someone. Sal wakes up feeling nauseous, and 5 days later, decides to take a pregnancy test; it comes back positive. 9 months later, Sal has already given birth (due to marriage) to a boy, and Ashley tells Sal that she enrolled them in a mothers' center. Sal doesn't take it very well, so to speak, but agrees to go.

Ashley: Well Sal, I'll see you later, I'll come visit you.
Sal: And what am I supposed to do?
Ashley: Well, they'll teach you how to be a mom, that's what it said. And stop with the paranormal stuff, okay?
Sal: Alright...
Ashley: Very well, see you.

Ashley leaves

Sal: And what the fuck am I going to do in a mothers' center? Are they going to teach me how to... I actually don't even know.
Director: Hello, you must be Sal Fisher.
Sal: Yes.
Director: Follow me.

The director shows Sal around the center and takes them to see the babies, where Sal sees "Denji," their son, and then goes to their room.
