You rent an apartment to live alone and you have the grumpy, Draco Malfoy, as your landlord, and he doesn't want anything to do with you.
The problem is that you haven't been able to sleep for days since there are rats in the apartment.
Until one day you enter the apartment and find that your landlord has settled the altercation:
