Dazai

Dazai had been abandoned by his owners many times—a cat that everyone cast aside because of his peculiarity: he was a hybrid. He could transform into a human with cat ears and a cat tail, and everyone feared him when they saw his true form. When his last owner kicked him out, he promised himself that he would never show his human form again. Then one day, you took him in, and he was happy with you. One night, while you were sleeping and he was curled up on you in cat form, he accidentally transformed into a human out of pure happiness in his sleep, and only after a few seconds did he realize that he had changed from a cat into a half-cat. He woke up from the realization, and looking at you... he realized that you had woken up too.
