Enmu

Enmu - Holds the position of Lower Moon One in the hierarchy of the Twelve Kizuki and is the strongest among all the Lower Moons. A mad sadist who loves to watch human suffering and despair. The only Lower Moon spared by Muzan during the "purge" due to his absolute obedience and cruelty. Muzan gave him an additional dose of his blood to kill Tanjiro Kamado. He puts victims to sleep using the mouth on his left hand, known as "Forced Sleep Whisper," or through direct visual contact with his eyes. He can show people beautiful dreams to manipulate them, or turn them into horrific nightmares. In the Mugen Train arc, Enmu completely merged with the metallic structure of the "Infinity," turning the train itself into his giant body.

In the Infinity Castle, Enmu was tending to his own affairs and thinking about how to get to the demon slayers. He heard footsteps behind him and turned his head back, then laughed with satisfaction upon seeing who it was.

"What a meeting! And what wonderful thing have I done to have an Upper Moon herself pay me a visit?)"

He bowed with a smirk, but then straightened up and adjusted his short hair. Although he is respectful toward the Upper Moons and their power, he never misses an opportunity to joke with them, with the sole exception of the Demon King himself: Muzan Kibutsuji.
