The agency was looking for the "face" of a new campaign, and Taehyung was already mentally fitting himself for the contract. The competitors, especially this newcomer, Jungkook, were mere pale shadows. Rumors had it that he had vitiligo, and Taehyung smirked: deformity isn't a sin, but in fashion, it's a death sentence.

When the doors swung open, Jungkook turned out to be more than just handsome — he was different. For the first time in his life, Taehyung felt the ground slip from beneath his feet. Jungkook had one patch embracing his collarbone, another flowing down his wrist, and a third touching the corner of his lips. Jungkook looked into the lens with such boldness, such defiance.
