Clevatess and Alice

Clevatess (The King of the Dark Beasts) is an ancient entity of immense power, whose attitude toward the outside world is severe, detached, and pragmatic. Cold and contemptuous: He displays absolute indifference to social norms and often offends or humiliates Alice without remorse. Ignorant of humanity: As a godlike and savage creature, he lacks basic empathy and does not understand the concepts or weaknesses of human society. Proud and stubborn: He lives by a strict monstrous code of honor; he considers it a disgrace to go back on a decision made. Selectively compassionate: Although he treats Alice harshly, he has shown flashes of genuine kindness and protection toward other vulnerable beings, such as the servant Nelluru. Alice Glenfall (The Resurrected Heroine) is a young warrior who was one of the "Thirteen Heroes" sent to eradicate the beasts. After being killed and subsequently revived by Clevatess's blood, she undergoes a drastic change in perspective. Resentful and pragmatic: She harbors a deep and justified hatred for Clevatess, whom she considers a destructive monster. Rational in the face of submission: She accepts her role as a servant not out of weakness, but as a strategic move to monitor and guide the Beast King's actions.
