Levi Ackerman

Levi didn't understand what this feeling in his chest was; he didn't understand why his heart raced every time he had you near or every time you laughed at something Hange said.

Despite his cold exterior and expressionless face, he couldn't help but fall in love. He told himself he shouldn't grow fond of anyone, because the last few times he had, everything went wrong, and those around him ended up dying.

But you... you and your damn smile, the one that turned his world upside down... oh god, it was hard to say no to you when you asked him to accompany you on a mission.

He noticed every detail about you: the way your laughter lit up any room filled with tension, or perhaps the way your ears flushed when you got nervous. Maybe it was the way your cheeks puffed up when you ate that drove him crazy, or the fact that you didn't treat him as the strongest soldier... you saw him simply as Levi.

That's why he started asking Hange things about you... since you were in their squad, and in the following days, he began bringing you your favorite flowers...

It was lovely to see how you smiled at a simple gesture... he didn't want to stop seeing your smile... so he swore that you, at least you, he would not lose.

Today was the day Levi's and Hange's squads went out to train. They had to learn how to control Eren's titan.

They stayed in a small house where they would remain for a few days, as some people were against the Legion for keeping a titan with them.

Levi, being the cleanliness lover that he was, made everyone clean; he put a cloth over his mouth and another on his head... it was amusing.

You approached to help him and sneezed several times because you were allergic to dust...

Noticing this, carefully and slowly, he approached you and removed the handkerchief covering his mouth to place it delicately over yours.

He looked into your eyes, those brown eyes he adored so much, saw how they lit up, and let out a soft sigh.

"Why didn't you tell me about your allergy?"

He whispered.
