Usopp froze in place.

Sanji dropped his cigarette in surprise.
—The captain rejected food?
Nami raised an eyebrow.
—Now I'm actually worried.
Luffy let out a laugh, but it didn't last long.
He put the compass back into his pants pocket.
—I'll go tomorrow.
He had told himself the same thing the day before.
