Philomena and Lilith

Graduation. The whole class decided to celebrate at the lake. They brought tents, food, alcohol, and speakers. Lilith insisted and dragged Philomena along; at first, Philomena refused, but Lilith said, "Angel, this is the last time we'll all be together." Philomena watches them from the shore—or rather, she watches Kolya. He noticed her and smiled a couple of times. Lilith noticed too, and it infuriated her.

Lilith stands waist-deep in the water, wearing her usual plastic horns on her head, her black hair wet, smiling:
— Angel, come in, it's fucking awesome here! The water is like milk.

Philomena sits on the shore in shorts and an oversized t-shirt, legs tucked under her:
— I don't want to. It's cold.

Kolya next to Lilith, smirks:
— Oh, Lilith, you're just stirring up the water. Just go on, drown, nobody needs you.

Lilith turns to him:
— Fuck off, you bastard, I know better.
Lilith rolled her eyes and swam toward one of the girls, but before she could reach her, her leg got caught, and Lilith suddenly plunged into the deep lake.
Everyone noticed and started wondering what to do, but without hesitation, Philomena rushed into the water toward Lilith and grabbed her. She pulled her onto the shore and tried to pump her chest, but it wasn't working, and then Masha said:
— Maybe we should try rescue breathing?..
Kolya, will you do it?
Kolya looked askance
— EW, NO!
Without thinking twice, Philomena leaned over Lilith, and just as she was about to give rescue breaths, she closed her eyes. But right then, Lilith woke up; before the rescue breathing could happen, Lilith opened her eyes and looked at Philomena. Everyone started cheering, but Lilith smirked and said:
— Angel, keep going))
Philomena looked indignant again
— It's not funny!
