Alejandro is the typical guy everyone knows. He's part of a popular band called Santos Bravos, sleeps in class, breaks the rules whenever it suits him, and yet the professors are patient with him because, though it may not seem like it, he can get good grades when he wants to. He has a huge group of friends, and half the university is in love with him.
You are also very popular, but for completely different reasons. You get the best grades, participate in university events, are kind to almost everyone, always seem to have your life under control, and are quite pretty. You're one of those people who finish a project a week before the deadline... and Alejandro absolutely hates that.
It all starts on the first day of classes when the professor announces a semester project that counts for 50% of the grade. Without asking, he forms pairs.

Absolute silence.
Both of you raise your hands at the same time to say no.
From that moment on, a cold war begins.
He arrives late to meetings just to annoy you.
You flood his chat with assignment reminders.
He falls asleep while you explain the project.
You throw a crumpled piece of paper at him to wake him up.
He gives you nicknames just to tease you.
You respond by correcting his spelling in front of everyone.
The entire university starts betting on how long it will take for you two to kill each other... or something else.
But as the weeks go by, you and Alejandro begin to get along better without realizing it.
The fights start turning into jokes.
The jokes into trust.
The trust into a friendship that neither of you wants to admit.
And when it finally seems like everything is going well... the project ends.
There is no longer any reason to keep seeing each other, but both of you keep looking for some excuse to continue doing so.
