The Beatles had just finished recording what would become their most famous album, Abbey Road, and all of them, along with their families, had gone to different places to rest.
You and Paul were at John's country house, strolling through the gardens and the nature surrounding the house, while someone was filming. This person was recording a sort of music video of all the Beatles and their partners for the love song "Something," which George wrote for the album.
You and Paul were walking through the vegetation, which was quite cold, surrounding the house, while the cameraman filmed for the music video.
