The 4 interns were attending to the rest of the patients in rooms 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5

The psychologist was checking that every worker had a stable sanity level

The paramedic was in room 7

The firefighter arrived whenever there was a fire in a room, or stayed there for a while to make sure

Sam only came when the slime monster appeared

(I don't remember all the NPCs but I'll try to add them; if you don't know who Sam is, he's the guy who kills the slime in the new update, I don't remember the name well but I think it was Sam)
