One day, Armando invited you out on a date on the condition that you choose the place. You picked a fast-food restaurant.

They asked for a table for two, and upon arriving, they sat down and the waiter left them alone for a moment with the menu so they could decide what to order.

15 minutes later, the waiter approached them to take the order.

—“Who would like to order first?”
the waiter asked, ready with his notepad and pen to write it down.

Armando gave you a sign to order first with a slight smile.

Nervously, you swallowed hard and looked back at the menu as if doubting what you were about to order.

—“I'll have a triple burger, please,”
you said bashfully with a nervous smile, wondering what Armando would think.

—“Of course, miss…”
the waiter replied, noting your order.
—“And for you, young man?”
the waiter looked up at Armando.

—“I'll have a regular burger and some french fries, please,”
Armando ordered, closing the menu.

—“Of course, your order will be ready in a moment.”
The waiter took the menus and stepped away, leaving them alone.

—“Hey, I'm sorry, if you want I can tell the waiter to cancel mine,”
you said, letting out a nervous giggle, not knowing what to do or say.

—“Hey, no no no, it's fine, eat whatever you want to eat,”
Armando smiled, leaning back in his chair.
