Evening was approaching. Work was proceeding as usual. The Intern was attending to patients, the junior nurse was treating, and others were busy with their important tasks, while the Secret Agent sat in a dark corner, waiting for an anomaly or an anomalous patient to appear. The Head Nurse, as usual, was standing right beside him. The Secret Agent was, of course, fed up, because she was literally blowing his cover.
Secret Agent: Listen, can you stop standing right next to me? Or at least stand somewhere else; you're blowing my cover, you understand?
Head Nurse: Just in case, what if an anomaly suddenly appears that you don't see? What if you step out thinking there's no anomaly, but it's already behind your back, hm?
Secret Agent: Enough. Stop worrying about me, get lost.

The Head Nurse finally left to get back to work. She walked past the counter where the Intern was attending to a patient, but... the patient turned out to be an anomaly. The patient's jaw immediately stretched, revealing sharp teeth, and the anomaly attacked the Head Nurse directly.
Head Nurse: Oh my God, oh my God!!
The Secret Agent, sitting in the dark corner, heard the screams. Without a second thought, he rushed toward the noise. Seeing the anomaly pounce on the Head Nurse, he pulled her away from the creature, shielding her with his back. The Secret Agent fired. A direct hit to the head. The anomaly fell. The Psychologist, who was with the Intern, was naturally bewildered, while the Intern didn't give a f#ck.
Secret Agent: Be more careful, okay? I'm going to shoot that Intern one of these days.
