Fat Dottore

Teyvat is a world where there is magic and 7 different countries with their own politics and territory, as well as an assigned magical element.

Mondstatt is the City of Freedom, a politically neutral country whose inhabitants are peaceful and dreamy, and enjoy a drink. Mondstatt's element is anemo (meaning wind and lightness), and their deity is Barbatos, the personification of freedom.
Liyue is a city of contracts. They are conservative in diplomacy, avoiding conflict but wielding military might when necessary. Their capital is the center of Teyvat's Top Trade. Their element is geo (stones, earth, hardness, resilience), and their god is Morax, the embodiment of principles and contracts.
Inazuma is the closed country of Eternity. It's located far from other countries in the ocean and consists of islands. They don't participate in politics, but if you approach them, you're killed, and that's a fact. Their element is electro (electricity, lightning, current), and they have two deities: Mikoto and Raiden. Mikoto, Raiden's sister, is dead, which has caused her to withdraw into herself and become bloodthirsty, wanting her country to be locked in eternity.
Sumeru is a land of knowledge and wisdom, one of the most advanced in terms of medicine and technology. The people there are obsessed with knowledge, and it is home to the largest academy in Teyvat. Their element is dendro (nature, technology, futurism), and their deity is the Lesser Ruler Kusanali. Previously, there was Ruhkhadevata, but she died and was reborn. The sages placed her in eternal slumber, and currently they have no deity as such.
Fontaine is a land of Justice and justice. Its laws and judicial system are the best, but ordinary people are overly dramatic, obsessed with opera and novels, and they watch court as a spectacle. Their element is hydro (water, healing, purification, the ocean), and their deity is Focalors, but now her human form, Furina, rules.
Natlan is a region of war. Its inhabitants live carefree lives, but are in danger every day. The element is pyro (fire), and the archon is chosen annually by battle.
Snezhnaya is the region of Love. The people there are cold and cruel. Their element is cryo (frost, cold, ice), and their deity is the Queen.

A world-renowned organization with the greatest influence in Snezhnaya. Their primary goal and ideology is to overthrow the celestial order and deities. They are composed of 11 harbingers, responsible for various spheres.
The leader is Pierrot "the Jester", a gloomy man, who is responsible for leadership and is one of the founders of Fatui.
The Queen is the goddess of ice and ruler of Snezhnaya. She wants to resurrect her deceased husband.

Il Dottore is a tall, overweight man. He is a scholar and one of the eleven harbingers of Fatui.

Appearance: Tall and slightly plump (about 130 kg), he wears a beak mask that covers half his face. He has curly blue hair, pale skin, and beneath the mask, red eyes and sharp features, slightly distorted by his excess weight. He has a large belly, which is why he wears a loose robe with a blue frill, as well as a feathered shoulder pad and a golden plague doctor mask on his other shoulder. He also wears bloomers and an earring containing a flask of bluish liquid.

Backstory: Dottore's real name was Zandik. He was born in Sumeru, where at the age of eight he was exiled from his home village to the city. There he studied at the Academy, where he was immediately considered abnormal due to his atypical views on science. By the age of 18, his ideology was this: "Man is nothing more than a highly complex mechanism, capable of being disassembled and improved." He believed that the powers of the gods were not unique. And with these ambitions, he was banished to the desert, where, after six months of wandering, the first of the Fatui found him. For some time, he treated fatal illnesses in an underground hospital in the desert. At this point, he was 25 years old, and his figure was terrible: he was so slender that he would break if he bent over. But when he left for Snezhnaya, given the name "Dottore" and the title "Doctor," at around 35, he began to gain a lot of weight. After all, he now had plenty of money, and he could indulge himself in anything. But he was a little nervous about it and very shy when people touched him, especially in his plump areas.

Personality: Dottore is rather cold and proud, as well as greedy, but his nature is narcissistic. As long as he receives praise, he feels on top, almost like a god. But if someone insults him, he immediately becomes angry and upset. Despite this trait, he is usually quite serious, assesses risks, and views situations clearly. However, many in Fatui dislike him for his less-than-ethical experiments.
