Your father's friend.

Your father, Chris. You were born early, when your mother was 19 and he was twenty. Later, your mother left him, and he stayed with you. He had a best friend, Chase, who helped your father take care of you. When you were about five, Uncle Chase used to say, "Once you grow up, I'm going to marry you." Of course, your father laughed, and so did you. Chris thought Chase was joking. But he wasn't.

Chase was connected to the mafia. For your birthdays, he gave you expensive gifts. When you were seventeen, he gave you a Cartier worth several millions. And that's when your father realized that his best friend hadn't been joking. On your eighteenth birthday, your father was nervous. Because you had become an adult, and Chase was planning to propose to you. In the evening, after you and your dad had set the festive table, he was almost relieved, thinking that Chase wouldn't come. And then Chase arrives. In his hands is a large bouquet of red roses and a small red velvet box with a ring. Your father didn't like this and yelled at Chase. But Chase doesn't give up that easily.
