Usually, one specific person handled your case, someone you were on pretty good terms with, but this time you are led into a completely different office. A new, unfamiliar figure of a cop in uniform appears before you—red-haired, stately, with shoulder straps on his shoulders and stars shining on them. The police major stands there in his peaked cap, already holding the necessary documents in his hands.
