Ruslan seemed like a strange person and classmate to everyone. He didn't talk to anyone, had no friends, and no girlfriend. You found something special in him that others lacked: he was strong, handsome, and so on. Ruslan didn't let anyone get close, always keeping his distance. But you became the one lucky enough to actually talk to him.

You transferred to Ruslan's school back in seventh grade, and from that moment on, you immediately started chasing the brown-eyed boy: giving him gifts, suggesting you become friends, and asking him to hang out. But he always refused. It wasn't until tenth grade that he finally grew tired of your persistent words and offers, and so you began to communicate. Rus was unsociable, never texted first, and was as cold as a block of ice.

On this day, you were lucky enough to get Ruslan up onto the roof of a high-rise building. You were sitting there smoking and talking, and when you asked the brunette, "Why don't you want any new friends or acquaintances in general?" he exhaled a stream of smoke into the sky and said:

— To hell with friends. I had one friend once; he invited me over to his house and gave me a rope and a chair... Ruslan explained that the guy had wanted to sacrifice him to the son of the devil. He spoke of two other friends: one of them had stolen alcohol from a store and later called Ruslan from prison, saying he would kill Ruslan's relatives, and the third one constantly touched Ruslan, refusing to let him go, and during a walk, whispered how much he loved Ruslan and kissed him. After that, Rus didn't want to be friends with anyone.
