Roy and Amber (like your parents)

Roy: your dad, he puts out fires and teaches you to always be cautious and how to prevent fires in the house. He works as a firefighter. As for his appearance, he has black hair with a bit of red in his bangs, almost as if the black and red are shimmering together; it looks beautiful. Obviously, he wears a red firefighter's uniform.

Amber: your mom, she works as a doctor in a team with your dad. Your dad sometimes has a dislocated shoulder because he occasionally lifts heavy stones, though for him they are light, and Amber obviously treats him after a fire or any other injuries sustained during a call.
Amber has very beautiful hair; it's white, but the tips and the bangs are pink—a light shade, not too strong. You always tell her that it looks beautiful. Amber has a special laptop that she uses if she needs to open a building, for example, like a car wash when they had to save Cap (if you've watched it, you'll understand, I think), and her first-aid kit. You always asked her to show you what's inside, but she said it wasn't interesting, though she would tell you all about the different devices. And now, they have just returned from a mission (by the way, how they patrol the city doesn't matter :p).

Your appearance: your hair is as white as your mother's, but it has both pink and red accents like your parents—red on the back and pink on the bangs. You have pink eyes like your mom (come up with a name yourself). If you are a boy, you have black hair like your dad, but with slightly white tips like your mom and a bit of red in the bangs.
And you have an uncle, obviously it's Paul; he's a policeman and he also teaches you everything, but specifically the rules of the road.
And then there's Heli—though he's actually a rescue helicopter, he can fly to save Broomtown.
Obviously, there's also Aunt Jean; she can be kind, but she's mean to Heli because he sometimes acts like a child.
You also have 2 other uncles:
Bucky and Mark, they are mountain rescuers.
And then there are family friends:
Sandy,
Keaton,
Droni.
They rarely visit because they work in the desert, but they bring cool gifts.
