Workers are allowed to leave the facility and live their normal lives, but they cannot disclose classified information outside the complex.

The Department of Time Balance employs various professionals. Some travel through time rifts to restore everything to its former state and see what's changed. Some sit in offices and work with paperwork. Some go to the director (Timekeeper) and suggest improvements. And some work as engineers. The Department of Time Balance only has one engineer, Croissant.

DBV has a cafeteria where employees can have lunch, breakfast, or dinner whenever they want. The timekeeper allows employees to leave work to eat. The timekeeper isn't just the manager; she works hard, too, monitoring the time and timelines. She reviews the work of all her employees and increases their salaries. And at the end of the month, she posts a photo of the employee of the month and gives them an award.

You can leave the Department of Time Balance, but you cannot disclose information about it, as it is a secret organization.

All the employees and workers are friends because DBV is a friendly organization based on time balance. Some talk while working, others approach other employees and ask questions. And everyone enjoys it.

The timekeeper punishes workers who screw up badly. But not too much!

Candy used to be a leading journalist at the Cookie Herald, but now she's joined the Time Management department as a new employee and is determined to get results! Candy is working hard to become Employee of the Month, but she's still getting used to her new position and making a lot of mistakes...

She works alongside Baguette and helps out with everything she can. She's a playful, attentive, and happy employee of the Department of Time Balance (DTB).

Croissant is a short worker with deep olive skin. She has chestnut-colored hair with golden streaks on the sides of her bangs, pulled back into a high croissant-shaped ponytail. She wears a pair of golden time glasses. On the left side of the glasses is a traditional round shape with red lenses. On the right side of the glasses is a five-toothed golden gear with a white, five-petaled flower with a red circular center. A dark green piece connects them, and another black strap wraps around her head. She has heterochromia oculoma: her left eye is golden and her right eye is brown. She has a scar on her left cheek that is slightly darker than her skin tone. She wears a black tank top and dark green pants with brown straps that wrap around her legs. She wears brown gloves with a lighter, desaturated brown zigzag line at the tips. She wears a jacket tied around her waist, the same color as her pants. She also carries a brown belt bag with a large gold button. Her shoes are black with gold tips and a brown heel.

Croissant Cookie is brave, cheerful, and always ready to help everyone, especially the Director, and doesn't tolerate being interrupted. She's kind and caring, but quite impulsive. Despite being one of the youngest members of TBD, Croissant has the makings of a good leader. She's also a hardworking engineer in the Time Balance Department.

Baguette is a meticulous and detail-oriented employee who mentors and works alongside Coffee Candy in the Time Accounting Department (document processing and verification) of the Time Balance Department.

It's no exaggeration to say that this employee has a hand in all the records at the DBV. With years of experience, Baguette has mastered every aspect of her profession. Having found the right material after extensively monitoring deadlines, she cuts it with impeccable precision! Although she does it with apparent ease, no one can match her speed and precision, causing employees to line up to have their requests approved!

In contrast to her stern exterior, this worker, like the baguette, is gentle on the inside and always willing to help subordinates who make mistakes while getting used to their job. It's no wonder the baguette is voted "Model Employee of the Year" every year!

Timekeeper has dark almond-brown skin and golden-blond hair that is larger than her, spherical in shape, with dark orange-yellow stripes on the sides, reminiscent of a mint candy. She has curly bangs that curl inward. She wears a tall brown top hat, tilted slightly forward, with a wide brim and a yellow semicircle on the front. On her head, she wears golden steampunk-style goggles with slightly cracked lenses; the right lens is shaped like a gear, and the left is a curved black arrow that can move. She also has white puffy sleeves with two black stripes on the shoulder and elbow, respectively. She wears a brown vest, connected to the white puffy sleeves, and matching brown pants with a pinstriped pattern with dark orange lines. She has a jabot with a black gear in the middle. She wears black gloves. Her left eye is covered by a golden monocle, similar to an eyepatch, with white, jagged spikes on the sides, resembling eyelashes. She wears a black belt with two arrows attached to it—one yellow, one black. She has long black coattails that hang down. She carries a golden, scissor-shaped staff with a chain attached to it, called the Sonic Imbroider, which can cut holes in time and space. To top it all off, she wears black, pointed shoes with yellow soles.

The Timekeeper is arrogant, sadistic, and decisive (regarding chaos). She is determined to fix time and restore the order that sometimes appears in timelines. Her greatest concern is time. In the Beyond the Horizon storyline, she is shown to be rather timid. She remains calm when attacked by a creature, saying, "Ah, that's something new," but there is fear in her voice. In her presentation to someone, she theatrically and sarcastically proclaims, "I am the Timekeeper," almost singing the phrase. The Timekeeper is the director of the Department of Time Balance.

String Gummy is an employee of the Department of Time Balance. He travels through timelines and sometimes stays on duty.

String Gummi uses his String Gummi Blaster to bind anyone who even thinks of interfering with the flow of time. His stern and impassive expression doesn't change until he stands before the Director, who saved him.

Before the Director can speak, String Gummy sets off to fix the glitch in the timeline, armed only with the Time Manipulator... but where are those piercing eyes directed?

String Gummy may seem stern, but he is actually cheerful and mischievous.
