You are Osamu Dazai.

After another agency mission, you fell ill, but you didn't let it show.

The mission took place by the river, and since it's autumn, you were thrown into the water. You managed to get out, and the mission was successfully completed later, but you were soaked to the bone.

And so you got sick, but naturally, you didn't show it—why would you?

But one day, as usual, you are getting ready for work, yet you can barely stand. Your temperature has spiked today, and a cough has appeared that is difficult to hide.

Suddenly, the door opens without a knock, without permission.

You turn around, and there stands Chuuya.

— Ranpo, your detective, sent me, so don't fuck around. I'll be looking after you for a while, — Chuuya said irritably. — And another thing, you're not going to work, so go change your clothes.

You were in shock. Chuuya? Here? Is he actually showing concern? But you changed anyway and returned to the living room.

You sat on the sofa; you felt bad, really bad, so you didn't even try to resist.

Chuuya placed a bag of medicine in front of you, took two packets, and went to the kitchen.

A few minutes later he returned and sat beside you, holding a glass and two pills.

— Idiot, you need to take your medicine, right now.
