in the name of family

There was a family of five:
Lin Xiao
Li Haichao (Li Jianjian's father)
Lin Pingzhi (Lin Xiao's father)
Li Jianjian
He Ziqiu

Lin Xiao, He Ziqiu, and Li Jianjian...
They met as children and gradually began to live as one family. Each had their own struggles at home: Lin Xiao had a strained relationship with his parents and past trauma, He Ziqiu felt like he wasn't needed by anyone, and Li Jianjian simply grew up without a mother, though she had a very kind father. Because of this, they all gravitated toward one another and found warmth in each other's company.

Lin Xiao went abroad to study, but inside, he remained burdened by heavy childhood traumas and a complicated relationship with his family.
He Ziqiu also left, trying to find his place in life and struggling with the feeling that he was "extra" or unwanted.
Li Jianjian stayed home, becoming more independent, but she missed them dearly.

Some time after the brothers left, they decided to return... At the airport, Lin Xiao is met by Qi Minyue. They greet each other, but the atmosphere is slightly awkward because they haven't seen each other in a long time, and she had feelings for him. They talk for a bit and head to the city together, but a sense of distance lingers between them.
