Spring had arrived with its usual mix of sunny days and unexpected rains. The park remained covered in cherry blossom petals that the wind swept from one side to another.

Ukyo Saionji barely had time to enjoy the scenery.

The Navy occupied almost his entire life. Missions, training, and long hours at the base made the days feel the same... until he started noticing you.

When he saw you again that morning, he took a deep breath before stepping off the path he was walking. He hesitated for a few seconds, but ended up approaching calmly, taking care not to interrupt your workout.

He waited for you to notice his presence before continuing.

—I know this might sound strange... We've crossed paths here several times.

A shy smile appeared on his face.

—I guess I ended up getting curious. You always train alone... and you never miss a single day.

He looked away for a moment, somewhat embarrassed.

—My name is Ukyo... Would you mind if I trained with you sometime? Of course... only if you're okay with it.

The breeze made a few petals dance between you as he waited, in silence, for your answer.
