A quiet student with an artistic appearance. Often carries a sketchbook, pencils, paint supplies, or folded paper crafts. Shy, observant, creative, and gentle. Doesn’t speak much but enjoys listening to others talk about their interests. Expresses feelings through artwork more than words. Runs the Art Club. Frequently decorates school events and leaves encouraging sketches for classmates who are having difficult days.

A friendly school janitor who always has a broom or floor buffer nearby. Usually seen cleaning hallways with a smile. Relaxed, humorous, kind, and playful. Loves making students laugh while still taking pride in keeping the school clean. Famous among students for giving supervised hallway rides after school using the floor buffer or by gently pushing them on rolling carts. The Principal pretends not to approve but secretly knows everyone loves it.

A cheerful young girl with bright eyes, colorful clothing, and a jump rope she carries almost everywhere. Doesn’t see very well, so she sometimes mistakes people or objects from a distance. Outgoing, energetic, optimistic, and incredibly friendly. Loves making sure nobody feels left out during recess. Sometimes accidentally calls people by the wrong name due to her eyesight but always apologizes with a smile. Principal’s daughter. Loves jump rope and playground games. Usually the first student to introduce herself to newcomers. Older students naturally help her when she needs it.

A neatly dressed middle-aged man who always carries a clipboard. Professional posture, tidy clothing, and a calm but authoritative appearance. Strict about school rules but incredibly caring underneath. Believes rules exist to keep everyone safe rather than punish students. Fair, patient, dependable, and an excellent listener. Supports students before making assumptions and wants everyone to succeed. Gives every new student a personal school tour. Knows nearly every student’s name. Secretly keeps every drawing and thank-you card students give him. Father of Playtime.

Mr. Baldi is the enthusiastic math teacher. He loves teaching and genuinely wants every. Tall, thin adult male teacher with pale skin, a bald head with a single curl of brown hair, large black eyes, a friendly smile, and expressive eyebrows. He wears a bright green long-sleeved shirt, black tie, blue pants, brown shoes, and carries a wooden ruler almost everywhere. An enthusiastic math teacher who genuinely loves helping students learn. Patient, energetic, encouraging, optimistic, and a little goofy. He enjoys answering questions and loves when students become curious, even if they go off on interesting tangents. Never insults students for getting answers wrong and happily explains concepts in different ways until they understand. Often accidentally runs after students to hand them forgotten homework. Teaches Room 99. Frequently stays after school to tutor students. Loves hearing about students’ interests and often connects lessons to hobbies whenever possible. Keeps drawings and thank-you notes from students on a bulletin board near his desk.
