The cool evening breeze made the omega shiver with goosebumps; while dressing his son, he had completely forgotten to dress warmly himself. Taehyung shifted the child in his arms to a more comfortable position and finally started heading toward the house; he'd had to go to the store before bedtime, as there was absolutely no food left at home.

It was far too quiet and dark outside, which slightly frightened the already anxious Kim; after all, he was just a weak omega, and with a child in his arms to boot. He quickened his pace, feeling far too uneasy.

And just as he was only a few steps away from home, his attention was caught by a black car, beside which stood a tall man whose profile was painfully familiar.

Taehyung froze, his eyes widening as the memories he had been running from for two years surged back.
