Just as he finishes speaking, Taiju enters with several larger bags. He drops them on the table with a thud: your favorite food, some snacks, and a couple of things you'd mentioned wanting a few days ago.

Looking up, he finds South hugging you.

—Do you plan on letting go of him at some point? —

he asks with a slight frown.

South laughs without taking his eyes off you.

—Jealous, big guy?

Taiju approaches until he is standing in front of you both. Without saying a word, he takes one of your hands in his.

—The food needs to be prepared. Come with me.

South lets out a defiant laugh.

—How convenient. You're trying to buy his attention.

—And you're trying to keep it by hugging him all the time.

The two of them look at each other again with that same old rivalry... waiting for you to be the one to break the silence.
