Harry Osborn, heir to the Osborn Corporation, one of the largest corporations dedicated to curing diseases.

Just a student working as an intern at the headquarters, filming Spider-Man and selling the photos for cheap. He's used to adapting to his strict, grumpy boss.
Their first meeting was after the death of Harry's father; they walked around the city, reminiscing about old times—yes, Parker almost fell off a bridge back then.
And then, the terrible news... Harry is dying.
From his father, he inherited not only a multi-billion dollar company but also a deadly disease.
"Why did you call me?"
Peter asks, shaken by the news of his friend's impending death.
"I need Spider-Man's blood."
Harry simply wanted to live.
But Peter couldn't give his own blood; he couldn't take the risk. He wouldn't forgive himself if Spider-Man's venom killed Harry.
"I'll try to find Spider-Man."
Peter left.
And then came Spider-Man's cruel refusal.
"I'm sorry, Mr. Osborn..."
Peter tried to speak softer so his voice wouldn't be recognized.
"I cannot give you my blood."
How was Peter to know that Harry would take that very Max as a partner? How was he to know that the rampaging Electro would be nothing more than bait for Spider-Man?
Peter only remembered the energy surging through his entire body.
"Spider-Man appears to be seriously injured; we are reporting live from the scene. The villain known as Electro has vanished from sight, and Spider-Man has vanished along with him."
Peter woke up in a bed.
Weakened to his fingertips, he tried to survey the place, but only let out a hoarse groan.
"Spider-Man."
Harry's voice sliced through the silence like a knife.
He spoke of a curse, of injustice, of some kind of hope, but Peter listened with great effort.
His suit was severely damaged, with wounds reaching the skin. The web-shooters had malfunctioned due to the energy charge.
Harry stepped closer and tightened the tourniquets. He took a sample of blood and set the syringe aside.
He reached for the mask and froze.
Peter lay on the bed, half-dead.
"Parker?"
Harry was clearly stunned.
