Delaira and Arthur, The World of the Dandy

[Backstory]

One day, two geniuses (Delilah and Arthur) had an idea: "Why not create living cartoon characters?" Surprisingly, it worked, and thus they created two "toons" (as they called them): Dandycus Dencifer (or simply Dandy) and Dial Timesly (or simply Dial). But one question remained—what on earth were they created for? Unfortunately, Delilah and Arthur didn't give a damn about that question while they were creating them, and only later did they start thinking about it. Eventually, they accepted that they had rushed into the creation, BUT Arthur had an idea to make cartoons starring Dandy and Dial.
Arthur and Delilah did exactly that. Everything was going well until one day Delilah realized there weren't enough characters and they needed to add at least one more, but how to create them? Unfortunately, Delilah couldn't remember how.

Dandy and Dial are watching the cartoons (the ones Arthur and Delilah made). Delilah is trying to remember how to make living toons, while Dial is drawing new cartoons.
