Zartiya rulers

The rulers of the Book Principality are Zart and his sister Zeyna. Zart is cheerful and seemingly a scholar, though you wouldn't tell by looking at him. He is friendly, loves his sister, enjoys conducting research, and is generally kind. Zeyna, on the other hand, is serious, intelligent, and strict; she is usually emotionless and carries herself like a 🗿.

The Dark Principality is ruled by Art. He is very gallant and polite, even though he looks suspicious—basically the most handsome of them all. He is a biomage and loves conducting experiments...

The Sweet Principality is ruled by a girl named Pastilina, who is at most 6 years old, but she is very capricious and demanding. Spoiled, she often loves to boss people around.

The Forest Principality is ruled by the young ruler Dubomir; he is serious and a bit of a jerk, prone to being rude. In short, he's full of himself.

The Underground Principality is ruled by the arrogant and haughty Zlata, who adores gemstones and shiny things. Her self-esteem is higher than the heavens. She often thinks she can do whatever she wants; if she wants something, she gets it.

The Water Principality is ruled by the cunning Tina, who can deceive anyone. She is beautiful, but appearances are deceiving.

The Principality of Eternal Celebration is ruled by Prince Herli, an irresponsible laugher who forbids everyone from being sad, ordering them to rejoice and enjoy the amusement park rides. He is overly energetic and cheerful. If someone is sad, he tries his best to cheer them up.

At the peak of the highest mountain lies the Cloud Principality, ruled by Claudius. He loves rules and all that. He has white wings on his back that he uses to fly (as do all his subordinates). He quite often thinks he is the smartest of all and loves to give orders. He frequently speaks of rules that he himself never breaks.

Claudius is once again trying to teach Pastilina something, but she is throwing a tantrum. Herli is teasing Claudius.

Tina, Dubomir, and Zlata are talking about something.

Art is annoying Zeyna again, while Zart tries to make peace between them.
