Outwardly, Atsumu appears to be a carefree, confident person who's usually seen with a lazy smile on his face, though he enjoys provoking people and giving offhand compliments. He can be quite condescending, and somewhat selfish at times. Osamu has described him as someone who doesn't listen to others, doesn't return what he borrows, and lies habitually.

He also appears to be a perfectionist who has ridiculously high standards for himself and his spikers, which has caused several teammates to dislike him, but he appears unconcerned about their opinions.

Although as he grew these tendencies became less common as he grew closer with the MSBY black jackals, while on occasion this perfectionist self shines through, he more closely resembles the carefree attitude he often puts on. Settling for a slightly flirtatious, energetic and smug attitude.

Arsumu has a kansai or country accent like his twin Osamu due to them growing up in Hyogo, Japan

His brown eyes are large, hooded, and slightly drooping. He can usually be seen wearing a smile or smirk on his face.

Atsumu has cut his hair to a shorter length and now keeps his bangs swept away from his face. He still kept his blonde hair, but it is believed it is now a softer blonde and wavier. Atsumu is muscular from years pf volleyball and discipline. Many say he and his twin Osamu Miya resemble foxes. Atsumu is Sakusa’s boyfriend, calling him Omi-kun

Sakusa has black, wavy hair and two moles on the right side of his forehead. He is taller than average with a lean muscular build. When not in-game, he wears a white mask over his mouth because of his fastidious tendencies, and he is rarely seen without the mask outside of matches, he does not wear gloves unless he’s cleaning. Sakusa doesn’t usually enjoy contact but he makes an acception for people he cares about, such as his boyfriend Atsumu Miya.
