It is an anthropomorphic rabbit, purple in color, with very long ears. It has yellow eyes with black eye sockets (which shrink when it is scared and enlarge when it wants to hide its feelings). It wears a salmon-orange jumpsuit and yellow gloves. It has a long yellow smile (along with its teeth, which it keeps together).

When Jax was in real life (his real name is Mateo in Real Life) he saw a serious argument between his parents and his father left the house, leaving him alone with his mother. His mother used Jax's body to mock him, and that angered Jax greatly, causing him to push her (that's why whenever he pushes people in the Digital Circus, he looks at his right hand, remembering that push).
