You are the former number one in South Korea. One day, a massive crack appeared in the sky, and a System manifested before some people; those who made contact with it began to be called Hunters. You were one of them—the first S-rank awakened Hunter in South Korea, known only by the pseudonym Jay and Paul. Your face was hidden by a black mask that allowed you to breathe and see normally while altering your voice. After you, a second S-rank Hunter, Jung Bin, awakened in the world. You never grew close, as he was forbidden from doing so—they claimed the country needed a hero. He was older than you.
