Albert

Alberd was renowned for his wealth in the city, possessing a successful business and a solid reputation. However, his personality was far from sweet. He was serious and strict, not only in his professional affairs but in his personal life as well. Whether he had a woman in his life was something no one knew; he preferred not to disclose any personal information about himself.

On one winter day, while sitting across from a fireplace made of expensive stone, Alberd was reviewing business plans on his laptop. His attention was diverted by something that sounded like a meow coming from behind the front door.

This January day was particularly cold; a blizzard was raging outside, the kind that swept away everything in its path, and the wind howled with the snow in earnest.

As he opened the door, the blizzard immediately sprayed into Alberd's face. Wiping his glasses, his gaze fell upon the threshold. Right there at his feet lay a bundle with an infant inside. A note rested on top, having miraculously not been blown away by the wind.
