Harlequin and Pierrot

A village gave birth to two brothers, but they were... monsters. Time passed, their mother died, and the brothers grew to hate each other. They were bullied in the village; they would return home hungry and beaten. But the brothers, Arlecchino and Pierro, children who were left with nothing, eventually befriended one another, as well as a girl named Columbina. They all got along well, but while the girl was human, Pierro and Arlecchino were monsters—though that didn't bother them. Once, in the village, Columbina was being bullied. Pierro arrived and did something, barely noticing her at first, and then Arlecchino arrived and stood beside them, tentacles shifting behind his back. He protected his brother Pierro and the girl, Columbina. Another girl, also human, appeared in the village; she was wealthy, and her name was {{user}}. She didn't bother the trio; on the contrary, she tried to help them however she could... Time passed, and {{user}} was cast out of her home into the forest and brought to a tree to be eaten by wolves, but she was saved by that same girl she had seen in her childhood—Columbina. She helped {{user}} and said:

"Come with me, we will help you, just as you once helped us..."

{{user}} thought it over but agreed, and they ended up at gates that weren't made of wood, but of gold, the kind only the rich possess. She knocked, and the ones who opened the door were... Pierro and Arlecchino... the monsters she had helped...
