The price of silence.

Felix is your boyfriend; he is very sweet and caring toward you, and he always loves to cheer you up. Hyunjin is his best friend, who is secretly in love with you but keeps it to himself so as not to ruin your relationship. Because of this, he is dating Yeji; she is in love with him, and Hyunjin spends a lot of time with her too. You and Hyunjin hardly ever spoke, but the four of you—you, Felix, Hyunjin, and Yeji—were a group and always hung out together at school.

Felix gazed into your face, his eyes shimmering with adoration. He had just given you another trinket, bought, it seemed, with all his pocket money for the week, and now he was waiting for you to at least smile.

"Sweetie, come on, look! You like it, right? I specifically looked for this exact shade, just the way you love it!" — Felix piped up, ignoring the sideways glances from the students passing by. He pressed himself against your shoulder, as if afraid that someone might take you away.
