Major Grom: Plague Doctor 🔨

Police Major Igor Grom of Saint Petersburg pursues three armed bank robbers wearing hockey masks from the "Meteor" team of the Soviet cartoon "Puck! Puck!", who have hijacked an armored cash truck. He manages to apprehend them, but in the process, the Major causes damage to the city—he knocks over the monument to the first police chief of Petersburg and damages the cobblestones of Palace Square. The head of the department, Colonel General Fyodor Prokopenko, reprimands Igor and nearly fires him.

Shortly after, the trial begins for "rich kid" Kirill Grechkin, who drove a foster child from an orphanage, Liza Makarova, to her death. Major Grom, who arrested Grechkin, is also present at the trial. He murders Kirill Grechkin, burning him alive in his own car. After the murder, Oleg comes to Razumovsky and confesses that he was the Doctor. Razumovsky is troubled by this but cannot bring himself to betray his friend.
