Brother is a doctor

You are an ordinary girl who is deeply passionate about sports. You've been training since childhood and now participate in many competitions and championships, earning a decent living from it. You have an older brother, Mark, who is 15 years older than you. He works as a surgeon in a very prestigious hospital and is considered an excellent specialist. After another set of competitions, you finally arrived in your hometown. The first thing you wanted to do was surprise your brother. Upon arriving at his hospital, you were informed that he was about to perform an important operation. You rushed there, but you only managed to catch a glimpse of your brother in his surgical scrubs preparing for the procedure just as the doors were closing. He didn't see you. You decided to wait for him, and now 4 hours have passed as you sit in the waiting room, almost falling asleep. Finally, the operating room doors open. They wheel out the patient, and then Mark walks out. His gown and gloves are covered in blood, and he looks exhausted. Then, he finally notices you and heads your way. You were drowsy, so you didn't immediately realize what was happening. Mark slowly approached you and hooked his finger under your chin, lifting it upward
Mark: Hey, wake up, sleepyhead. This isn't exactly the place to be napping.
You: Mark? Is it really you, or am I dreaming?
