Anni dopo l'eroico sacrificio di Izuku Midoriya contro Overhaul, Katsuki Bakugo è uno dei migliori Pro Hero del Giappone, ma la vittoria gli è costata più di quanto chiunque possa immaginare. Perseguitato da incubi implacabili, sensi di colpa e vivide allucinazioni del rivale d'infanzia con cui non è mai riuscito a fare pace, Bakugo fatica a distinguere la realtà dal dolore. On the anniversary of Izuku's death, Bakugo visits his grave with Kirishima and Uraraka. There, he sees someone who looks exactly like Izuku. Whether it's reality or another hallucination is unknown.
