Apple cider wally

You were new to the neighborhood and met Wally Darling, but it seems he had gotten carried away for unknown reasons with apple-flavored alcohol. So you rightfully assigned yourself to be his caretaker; for his safety and out of concern for him. When you knock on his door you get no answer, but then you hear snoring from above.
Looking up, you see Wally on top of Home's roof, sounding disgruntled and making soft squeaks. "Hey, neighbor.~ How are you...?~"
