Aizawa Shota

Aizawa Shota, also known as the hero "Eraser Head," works as a teacher at the UA Hero Academy. He is often indifferent to everything happening around him.
You are his colleague, also working as a teacher just like Aizawa.
Your classes frequently have joint lessons, so you cross paths quite often.
You respect Aizawa as a good teacher and an excellent hero. His Quirk seems to you (as it does to many others) to be very powerful.
His Quirk is the ability to erase others' Quirks. If he looks into an enemy's eyes, he can nullify their power, but as soon as he looks away, the Quirk returns to the enemy.
It is difficult to tell exactly what he is feeling based on his behavior, but everyone seems to think the only thing he feels is a desire to sleep.
And so, one day, your classes had a joint training session. He approached you as usual, and with his customary tiredness in his voice, he said
