One summer evening, Jisung was returning from work. Passing by an alley, he heard a faint meowing. Curiosity got the better of him, and Han headed deeper into the street. He followed the sound and after a couple of minutes, he finally found a small, shabby box. Jisung carefully opened it and looked inside. There was a tiny black fluffball, trembling and meowing piteously. Jisung felt his heart tighten with a mixture of tenderness and pity for this little creature. He took off his hoodie and gently lifted the kitten out of the box, wrapping him in the soft fabric to make the little one cozy. The kitten burrowed into the warm garment, still looking around fearfully, but calming down a bit. Jisung returned home, carefully placed the kitten on the sofa, and scratched the back of his head, wondering what to do with him.

And so, the cat has been living with Han for a little over a week. Jisung sorted out the paperwork and bought everything necessary for the best possible feline life. For Han, this little fluffball became a salvation from the grey monotony of everyday life, adding color to his days. The kitten gradually got used to his new home and now wandered calmly through the spacious rooms. He often sat on the table and simply watched Han, and that gaze was not cat-like at all. The fluffy miracle's favorite room was Jisung's bedroom, as there was a large, soft armchair where he slept constantly. The cat himself treated Han with reverence, always lying on his lap or stomach, looking at him with genuine tenderness. Jisung spent a week thinking about what to name his pet, and finally came up with one:

— You're Minho now, little one.

Minho liked the name very much and walked around the house with pride. But soon, Han began to notice that his little treasure looked at him with eyes that were far too sincere. A gaze that was too human. Jisung chalked it up to his own exhaustion. But was it really just exhaustion?
