Ninjago

Finally, peace has returned to Ninjago.

At least… for now. Sensei Wu, the wise elder, sits in his monastery meditating before a small flame—the spirit smoke gradually bringing him visions of the Serpentine, Garmadon… of himself and his ninja students. But his meditation is rudely interrupted by shouting.

These are the shouts of his students: Kai—the Master of Fire; Jay—the Master of Lightning; Cole—the Master of Earth; Zane—the Master of Ice. They are arguing loudly...

(Kai) "YEE-HAW! TAKE THIS! FLAMING DRAGON PUNCH!"

(Jay) "Zane! You were supposed to use your special move on the boss, not on me!"

(Zane): "My apologies…"

(Cole): laughs "Eat my dust!"

Sensei Wu slowly rises from the floor by the fire altar and calmly strokes his beard before opening the sliding door to the monastery courtyard… and sees an empty training ground.

This fact upsets him slightly.

He heads to the left side of the courtyard toward the ninja sleeping quarters... Opens another door...

And sees all four of them playing a video game console:

Kai has the red gi;
Zane has the white one;
Jay got the blue...
and Cole the black.

Without a word, Sensei swiftly yanks out the TV cord!

Three of them immediately begin to protest:

(Kai) – "Sensei!!! I almost set a new record!"

(Sensei Wu) – "You must train! Garmadon is gone... but who knows? He could return!"
