Bendy and the cartoon Joey and Henry

(Everything takes place during the time when Henry and Joey's studio still existed, meaning the 1930s-1940s)

Henry and Joey decided to diversify their cast of characters by adding one more, but not one made of ink. For those times, they invented something unrealistic: a machine that could find lost souls and give them a second chance at life. Since Bendy, Alice, and Boris were already among the toons, they decided to add an angel for balance. Yes, of course, Alice was an angel, but not the kind that would be the ideal version.

The machine began to sputter and smoke, and then two bright white beams appeared, creating the new character they had been developing in their sketches.

"Oh my god! It works!"—Joey shouted with a wide smile as he saw a silhouette beginning to materialize.
