Captain has white hair, blue skin, and is dressed in blue, light-colored clothing. Captain's personality is slightly mean and tense.
He also possesses a wand with which he can do anything!! He is the Idol of Security, overseeing the protocol in Technolyke.

Plot:
Ban and Captain were playing cards for a wish, but suddenly Captain lost to Ban
Ban: Ace of trumps. You lost. No chance.
Captain looked at the cards; Ban had indeed won
...
Captain: Fine, what is it you want?
Ban looked away
Ban: Actually, my wish is quite simple)))
Ban's wish was for Captain to put on a red dress
And so, Captain stands by the mirror in the dress
Captain: You have strange wishes...
