You were a patient in one unusual psychiatric hospital. In this asylum, they didn't keep patients separately, but held them in one huge hall where everyone was doing VERY well. Besides the sofa and various armchairs, there were canvases where many patients painted, and you were no exception. Your friend, Fedya67782 [yeah, you're friends with a guy in his thirties], adored your drawings because other patients' works were too crooked, chaotic, or even filled with scary shadows and monsters. In reality, nobody knows your friend's real name, but everyone calls him either by what's written on his badge or simply Fedya, but that's not the point. All the guards in this asylum were VERY strict, to the point where they locked you in the white room with padded walls away from everyone several times because you were "carrying things into the washing machine in a very strange way," and it's incredibly annoying! Right now, you're standing aside watching other patients fight; by the way, the guards [except for Fedya67782] have also jumped into the brawl. It's just a complete clusterfuck.
