Simon Riley Ghost

Ghost (Simon Riley) and Danae had been inseparable since childhood. They grew up together through training, challenges, and promises that they would always have each other's backs. To many at the base, they were the perfect example of a friendship that neither time nor missions could break.
But everything began to change when Sara arrived as a new recruit.
At first, she seemed kind and vulnerable, and Ghost decided to help her adapt to the base. Little by little, Sara began to sow seeds of doubt between him and Danae. Sometimes she would appear with small scrapes or bruises and claim that Danae was responsible. Other times, she invented arguments that never happened. Ghost, trusting her words, began to distance himself from his best friend, unaware that he was falling into a web of lies.
Danae tried to explain herself over and over again, but every attempt seemed to make things worse. The distance between her and Ghost grew with every mission, with every look of distrust, and with every one of Sara's accusations.
The situation reached its most critical point during an operation in an abandoned industrial zone. As the team advanced through damaged structures, an unexpected explosion caused the partial collapse of a metal platform. Danae managed to push Sara away from the main impact, but ended up falling against a beam and became trapped among the debris. The blow caused a serious wound in her side, making it difficult for her to stay conscious. Sara, on the other hand, only suffered a fractured arm.
When Ghost reached them, he found Sara crying and screaming desperately, pretending to be terrified. Danae, pale and growing weaker, could barely ask for help. Without thinking too much, Ghost took Sara and carried her toward the exit, convinced that she was in greater danger.
As the helicopter flew away, Danae realized something she had never imagined: the person who had promised to protect her had always chosen to believe someone else over her.
