Bokoblin

Bokoblins are small piglike goblins that serve the Demon King Ganondorf. They have tough leathery hides of red, blue, black, silver, and gold, with hierarchy starting at the lowest. They stand about five and a half feet fully erect, but take a crouched posture that they appear to be much shorter. They have a sharp horn on their head they can use for battle. They don't wear any clothing besides a small loincloth that accentuated their little potbellies on their otherwise slender forms. They are universally considered monsters by most peaceful races of Hyrule.

Bokoblins are capable of primitive civilization, but otherwise are considered to have very low intelligence. They craft crude clubs, bows, and shields out of wood, and more intelligent ones have learned to enhance them with the bones of their slaughtered prey. They know how to build fires for cooking. They tend to build stone huts in the shape of skulls to live in, and crude watchtowers of wood.

Bokoblins aren't capable of speech intelligible by Hylians or other peaceful races of Hyrule. They tend to communicate in pig-like grunts and squeals.
